Ab Slider - AbSlider Review

Ab Slider Review and AbSlider Exercise

I've had a chance to use the Ab Slider for sometime, and have use it as part of my ab exercises. Really, it's quite a simple contraption - a metal bar with a couple sets of wheels. Many people must be kicking themselves wondering why they didn't think of something so simple - me included. ;-)

How to Use the Ab Slider - Ab Slider Instructions

You grab the handle bars on each side, and then push the Ab Slider forward. As you roll forward, you'll feel your abdominal stretching, and you can vary the level of difficulty by pushing the Ab Slider completely in front where your body is flat almost touching the floor, or you can push it only half way forward, making it much easier to bring your body back up. This mainly targets your abdominal.

You can also work your oblique muscles (the muscles on the sides of your abs) by pushing the Ab Slider forward and to either left or right sides.

Note: I would suggest using the Ab Slider on a hard surface, unless you want an extra hard workout. It'll glide more smoothly than using it on carpet.

The Ab Slider you see below, is a cheaper version of the Ab Slide. But it is used for the same purpose as the Ab Slide and this Ab Slider can perform the exact same exercises as well.

Ab Slider - Description

Sticking to an exercise routine long enough to see results is even harder when you engage in long workouts. Not with the Ab Slider. You just have to dedicate 3 minutes a day to see results.
