The Triceptor provides an intense full upper body workout in the comfort of your own home. There are no weights, pulleys or resistance bands needed.. The Triceptor provides 25 simple and advanced isometric exercises to strengthen and build biceps, triceps, pectorals, deltoids, latissimus dorsi, and abdominals.
